Jin Ruan
Financial Modeler Energy Analyst
Jin is responsible for strengthening energy model capabilities and maintaining model used in the Integrated Resource Planning process. In addition, Jin works closely with the Power Procurement and Public Policy teams to analyze data for cross-functional purposes.
Prior to joining Ava, Jin was a Utility Analyst at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Jin holds a BA in Statistics from Carleton College.
