Alan Siebuhr
Resource Planning & Portfolio Management Analyst
Alan assists Ava in procurement and compliance areas. Prior to joining Ava, Alan worked at the Public Advocates Office at the California Public Utilities Commission on issues related to electricity rate design, such as Pacific Gas & Electric's 2020 Phase 2 General Rate Case and Southern California Edison's 2021 Phase 2 General Rate Case. He was previously a CivicSpark AmeriCorps Fellow at Moreno Valley Utility for the 2018-2019 service year where he worked on issues related to solar power generation and pricing.
Alan holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
